"I’ve been with State Farm through this agency for about 18 years, ever since I started driving. The agent does a great job when signing you up spectacular, honestly. Once you’re in, you’re treated well… until you ask for a re-quote or try to cancel. Then, it’s a different story — lol. I recently asked for a re-quote after comparing rates with coworkers and friends. I reached out via email AND left a voicemail for my agent. I never received a response. That silence led me to look elsewhere, and I made the decision to switch. When I called to cancel, I was told there were internet issues and someone would follow up with me. That was weeks ago, and the process is still unresolved. It’s been a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. Out of respect, I won’t name names, but I hope this helps others. I really didn’t want to write this review, but after 18 years of loyalty, I expected better."

"Been with this specific agent Ron seagull for 35+ years I was told by the agent I’ve been with them longer than their longest employees and also never have missed a payment. I recently got a vehicle towed and never have I had service be as complicated as it been the past 3 weeks I called let loda know all the information sent her the receipt of the tow bill and was waiting for 3 weeks for a call or some communication!!! So I called today and she told me she didn’t have enough information from the tow receipt that’s why The reimbursement never got sent out. Why didn’t you communicate with your customer on not having enough information to get that information to send the reimbursement back? After I’ve already sent you everything it should take! This isn’t my first row reimbursement so that’s why all she had to do was call but let it go for 3 WEEKS until I called the office asking about it!!! Ridiculous and pissed off isn’t the word I’m moving to a different agent that actually has communication skills, and cares about their customer service because obviously it seems like Ron Seagal doesn’t care that much about his customers So BEWARE 35 years with someone and I’m moving because the lack of communication and customer Service that comes out of the agents office!! WTH"

"Everytime I try to sign up for insurance State Farm makes me sign up through this guy. I have never signed up with him because it takes weeks to get a call back. Imagine not calling back new customers. I don't' know why State Farm cant let me just sign up without talking to anyone, like every other car insurance company."

"I had the best experience with State Farms I had State farms in Muskegon Michigan from 2004 to to 2019 when I moved to Florida 2020 and purchase my new home the mortgage people got my new Insurance it seems that they just went up and never send me the insurance but they kept on going up the outside of my home and roof is covered by the HOA and they still charged me. I just contact State Farms and they gave me such a great Price that I just cancel the old insurance and I'm so happy with State Farms and the staff Ms. Frances Santiago has been taken care of me at Ron Siegel office and I'm so pleased and happy I switch over Thanks State Farms for taking good care of me"

"My husband and I had USAA insurance for several years and the rates just became far too astronomical. My dad recommended I reach out to his agent, Sandy O'Connor, to see if I could lower my rates; as most middle-aged children believe, I was skeptical and hesitant to take his recommendation, but I am so glad I did! Sandy was so patient and thorough and helped my husband and I substantially lower our various insurance policies, as in nearly an order of magnitude lower. We had some difficulties with registering my car due to several different model types, but she was so patient and made sure that everything was correct and contacted us when the rate slightly fluctuated after review. Having such a detailed professional who treats you like a family member or long-term friend makes us feel so comfortable in this crazy time for insurance. Thank you, Sandy!"

"I have insurance with this particular office in Kissimmee for some time and the first time I was late by 5 days they sent out a letter stating I was late on payment then sent letters to my family members about me being late then sent an email to a family member that I was late how they obtained my family members email is beyond me this its the tactic they use if you’re late I went to the the office to complain the secretary said this email was with my file straight up lied.I ask the secretary for this Ron Siegel she said he wasn’t in . then I ask if she could have Ron call me to find out how they obtained my family members email they never got back Sketchy activity in this office will be filling a complaint with the state Department ."
