"Been with this specific agent Ron seagull for 35+ years I was told by the agent I’ve been with them longer than their longest employees and also never have missed a payment. I recently got a vehicle towed and never have I had service be as complicated as it been the past 3 weeks I called let loda know all the information sent her the receipt of the tow bill and was waiting for 3 weeks for a call or some communication!!! So I called today and she told me she didn’t have enough information from the tow receipt that’s why The reimbursement never got sent out. Why didn’t you communicate with your customer on not having enough information to get that information to send the reimbursement back? After I’ve already sent you everything it should take! This isn’t my first row reimbursement so that’s why all she had to do was call but let it go for 3 WEEKS until I called the office asking about it!!! Ridiculous and pissed off isn’t the word I’m moving to a different agent that actually has communication skills, and cares about their customer service because obviously it seems like Ron Seagal doesn’t care that much about his customers So BEWARE 35 years with someone and I’m moving because the lack of communication and customer Service that comes out of the agents office!! WTH"

"I had the best experience with State Farms I had State farms in Muskegon Michigan from 2004 to to 2019 when I moved to Florida 2020 and purchase my new home the mortgage people got my new Insurance it seems that they just went up and never send me the insurance but they kept on going up the outside of my home and roof is covered by the HOA and they still charged me.
